How do payments work?
You create payment items in the dashboard (excursions, transport, extras) and Vino generates secure Stripe payment links for each guest or party. Guests receive the link via text, pay in one tap, and you see it instantly in the dashboard. Vino also sends gentle reminders for unpaid items.
Is Vino a one-time payment or subscription?
One-time payment. No subscriptions, no monthly fees, no per-message charges. You pay once, and Vino is yours for your entire wedding — from the first welcome text to the last photo upload.
What happens to my data after the wedding?
Your data stays yours. After the wedding, you keep access to your dashboard, guest conversations, photos, and voice memories. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete everything at any time.
Can wedding planners use Vino for their clients?
Absolutely. Planners can set up Vino for each wedding they manage, customize the concierge personality for each couple, and hand over the dashboard to the couple if needed. It's a tool that makes planners look even better.
How long does setup take?
