What are the three AskVino products?
AskVino Wedding Textline handles guest questions, collection, broadcasts and memories. AskVino Wedding Concierge (also called Guest Concierge) adds guest logistics and payment collection. AskVino Vendor Concierge is a separate product developed with planners for planners to manage vendor questions and updates.
What does Textline include?
Textline costs $149 once for unlimited guests. It includes guest Q&A, RSVP, dietary and mailing address collection, 1,000 broadcast messages, voice memories plus a photo and video gallery. Room assignments, travel coordination, activity management and guest payment collection require Wedding Concierge.
What does Wedding Concierge include?
Wedding Concierge starts at $449 for up to 25 guests. It includes all Textline features plus room and party management, arrivals, departures, shuttles, activity sign-ups and guest payment collection. Guest bands run up to 400 with 3,000-6,750 broadcast messages based on the band. For more than 225 guests, email hello@askvino.com for a quote.
What does Vendor Concierge include?
Vendor Concierge costs $49 once per wedding with 20 vendor seats, unlimited vendor Q&A and 600 broadcast messages. Vendors text about timings, load-in, parking and the details in your brief. Planners can send targeted updates and review questions that need their attention. Guest packages are separate.
How are broadcasts counted?
One broadcast message is one message sent to one recipient. An update to 100 guests uses 100 broadcast messages. Guest or vendor conversations do not reduce the included broadcast balance. Compose an update, choose recipients and send now or schedule it.
Can I add more broadcasts?
Yes. Textline top-ups are 100 broadcast messages for $9, 300 for $25 or 1,000 for $79. They are optional one-time purchases with no automatic refill. Concierge top-ups are available in the dashboard.
Do guests need to download an app?
Guests use SMS or WhatsApp to text AskVino. They do not need a separate AskVino app or dashboard login. WhatsApp requires WhatsApp to be installed. Photos, videos, voice memories and payments can use links sent in the conversation. Messaging availability depends on the guest number and channel.
What languages does AskVino support?
AskVino supports 20+ languages, including English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Finnish. Guests can ask questions in their language.
How do guest payments work?
Payment collection belongs to Wedding Concierge. Create payment items in the dashboard and send secure Stripe payment links to guests or parties. Track payment status and send reminders. Textline and standalone Vendor Concierge do not include guest payment collection.
Is AskVino a subscription?
No. Each wedding package is a one-time purchase. Optional broadcast top-ups, extra vendor seats and physical keepsakes are separate purchases. Textline is $149, Wedding Concierge starts at $449 and Vendor Concierge is $49 per wedding.
What happens after the wedding?
Textline messaging runs from setup through 7 days after the wedding. After messaging ends, broadcasts and automated answers stop; you can still log in to access your dashboard and saved photos, videos and voice memories.
Can planners use AskVino for their clients?
Yes. Choose Textline or Wedding Concierge for your couples and Vendor Concierge for vendor communication. Special planner pricing for Guest Concierge packs is available inside the planner dashboard. Referral partners can also recommend guest packages using their partner code.
How do I get started?
Choose your package, enter your names and email and complete checkout. Set your dashboard password, add the wedding details and guest or vendor list, then share access details or send a welcome broadcast. The amount of setup depends on your wedding and package.
Can I see AskVino before buying?
Yes. Explore the interactive demo on the homepage or book a consultation. A demo does not create a free wedding account; paid packages start at checkout.
